We have been notified that a third party fraudulently claiming to be affiliated with the Vancouver Convention Centre and some of our events is contacting exhibitors and attendees, requesting personal and credit card information for exhibitor services and hotel accommodations.
This is a scam, and we emphasize that has no such offers have been authorized by the Vancouver Convention Centre nor with ZoomerMedia Ltd.
We urge you NEVER TO GIVE OUT PERSONAL & Credit Card INFORMATION UNLESS YOU ARE CALLING THE SERVICE PROVIDER YOURSELF, and feel comfortable that you are safe to do so.
This April 13 & 14, 2019 we saw almost 19,000 in attendance!

Is there an age restriction to gain entry into the ZoomerShow?
Yes, you must be 19 years of age or older to attend the ZoomerShow.
Is the ZoomerShow accessible and are there accessibility aids should I require one?
The ZoomerShow is located in Halls B&C of the East building in the Vancouver Convention Centre. These halls are at ground level from the street, and about a 2 to 4 minute walk to the front doors of the exhibit hall.
The Vancouver Convention Centre does not rent out accessibility aids, so please ensure you bring your own if you plan to stay a while, and peruse the show.
Can I bring my pet to the ZoomerShow?
Unfortunately, our furry friends are not allowed in the ZoomerShow, unless they are Service Animals.
I am a CARP member, how do I gain entry into the ZoomerShow?
If you are a CARP member, just show your membership card at the door, and that will gain free access for you and 2 friends!
Membership expired? Not to worry, you can renew before you enter, ( there is a desk set up just outside the doors ) and still take advantage of the above offer.
What is the best way for me to get to the ZoomerShow, and where can I park?

How much does a ticket cost? Is there a discount if I purchase it in advance?
Tickets cost $10 per person, or $16 for 2 people in advance, and can be purchased on line HERE
If you choose to pay at the doors, it is $12 per person.
Is my ticket transferrable if I suddenly cannot make the date I selected, or cannot make the ZoomerShow at all? Can I give it to a friend?
Your ticket is transferable, yes!
If you cannot make the date you selected, we will still accept on the different date.
If you cannot make the show at all, we will miss you, but you can offer your ticket to a friend to enjoy the show!
