Tips for Success at the ZoomerShow

  • Ensure your space is attractive & inviting, by keeping it clean and uncluttered.
  • Make the best use of the space that you do have, brand it and theme it, signage also helps here.
  • Your product or service should be obvious.
  • Staff in uniform is always more attractive as it shows branding as well as creates a feeling of trust.
  • Staff should always be welcoming and more importantly, engaging with attendees.
  • Swag and brochures or handouts should be branded and have obvious contact information.
  • Attract attention to your space by using motion, demonstrations and lights.
  • Take advantage of this time to engage with your customer and get to know them. Collect information with permission to contact them for future business.

The ZoomerShow standard 10 x 10 package includes pipe and drape where required, a booth ID sign, one skirted 6′ table and two side chairs.
Electricity, wifi, material handling and other services need to be ordered by you – please see the order list of downloads just above here,  for all the forms required for additional products & services provided.
These forms are found in the LEVY EXHIBITOR KIT.

All hanging signs must be pre-approved by show management. You can do this by emailing [email protected]

Your Ticket Code will be sent to you via email once you register.

The floor plan is colour coded and the zones are outlined.
You may review the plan, and select your space. While registering you will be asked to enter your booth number preference.
Once registered with payment, you will receive a confirmation email, and then a follow up from show management confirming your assigned space.

The show hours are:

Saturday April 9th: 10 am to 5 pm

Sunday April 10th: 11 am to 5 pm

Move in: Friday April 8: 9 am – 8 pm
Move out: Sunday April 10: 5 pm – 9 pm


Up to 4 badges per 10′ x 10′ booth space
Up to 8 badges per 10′ x 20′ booth space
Up to 10 badges per 20′ x 20′ booth space


These badges should be picked up during exhibitor move in, at the ZoomerShow information desk.
This will be near the show office and clearly marked.
*** should you require quantities above the listed, please inquire on site when picking up.

Any exhibitor material left behind during move out is considered stranded freight, and collected by our appointed show contractor – Levy Services.
You must contact them for pick up.

No, the badges are generic, and therefore transferable between your staff.
Please do not take more badges than necessary.

Feel free to capture as many fun moments at the ZoomerShow as you possible can!
We would also love it if you shared some special ones with us – for a chance to be featured on our website!
However, out of respect for the contracts of the artists, no video is allowed on the main stage acts.
We regret this, but we hope you will enjoy them with us!

We are constantly looking and booking talent for your entertainment, so the schedule gets updated accordingly.
There is parking at the Vinci parking lot.
It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to arrange for this.

Skytrain -> Waterfront stop

If driving to the event, you can park :



  • Enter at the foot of Howe Street, obtain ticket from dispenser and proceed to P1 or P2.
  • Use Convention Centre/Hotel elevators (not World Trade Centre elevators).
  • For Convention Level: press “G” for Registration, Ballrooms and Exhibits.

  • Imperial Parking: 200 Granville Street
  • Station East: 555 Cordova Street

Your booth needs to be fully set by Friday at 8pm, as set in the exhibitor set up times.

It is imperative that we know you are fully set up and ready to open the show on Saturday.

If you are bringing simple materials such as a pop up booth and wish to set up on Saturday morning, you must communicate that in writing to [email protected]

You will not have loading dock access on this day, or flatbed/dollies. All materials must be hand carried through the entrance doors.

You should plan to see about 20,000 attendees over the weekend. 

You will need to order the wifi service in advance.
The password will be provided to you upon ordering your wireless connection.
You will find the internet/wifi order form in the list above, with all the exhibitor forms.
The loading docks are clearly marked on the floor plan.
We will be located in the East Building, at 999 Canada Place.
You will access the East Building Hall C from the truck route located at the foot of Howe Street and Canada Place. You can move in to set up in our designated Hall B from here.
When reaching the loading bays, give the attendant the name of the ZoomerShow and they will direct you and allow you access.

Instructions will be left inside your booth by the contractor and facility, who will coordinate move out for Sunday. You can expect to find them upon your arrival on Sunday morning.

If you want to sell or sample food and or drink, please review THIS FORM and confirm all details with your sales representative, to ensure you are approved for sampling.

Yes – the ZoomerShow staff has arranged for 24 hour security at the venue, once the exhibitors have moved in.

Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in the exhibit hall, unless they are Service Animals.
