Jana Ray, Chief Benefits & Membership Officer, CARP

Jana Ray serves as CARP’s Chief Membership & Benefits Officer.  In her role, Jana works with partners that provide money saving benefits for CARP Members, but also seeks to create sector partnerships that help bring critically important information in a clear way to CARP’s audience of over 2 million older adults.  She has previously worked in the not for profit sector supporting the interests of restaurants and small businesses, parks and recreation organizations across Canada, as well as with several of Niagara’s regional hospital foundations to support major equipment and capital funding projects.

Before working in the not for profit sector, Jana enjoyed a career in tourism and hospitality having worked for Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando for over ten years.

Jana also has lived experience as a family caregiver to her mother, who suffered a significant stroke in 2013.

In Canada, confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) are starting to cause panic, despite the government’s claims that the risk for Canadians is relatively low. CARP’s Chief Membership & Benefits Officer, Jana Ray, will share information from Canada’s leading public health officials on what you need to know.
